Ashley Settles, MA, LPC/A
Ashley Settles is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) with a diverse background in behavioral health and supportive services. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Benedict College, a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University, and a Master of Science in Clinical Health Counseling from Walden University. Her experience includes working with individuals and families through challenging circumstances, including crisis, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and other difficult experiences.
Ashley believes that therapy should be a space where you can be honest about where you are without fear of judgment. Her counseling style is compassionate, authentic, and collaborative, with a focus on meeting each client where they are. She works with clients to recognize their strengths, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change.
Ashley understands that sometimes life does not come with clear answers—and that’s okay. You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Together, she will help you explore what is happening, identify what you need, and work toward where you want to be.
