Jessica Phillips, LPC/A
Hi, I'm Jessica.
Life can feel overwhelming when you're struggling with anxiety, depression, difficult emotions, major life changes, or simply feeling stuck. Sometimes you know something isn't working, but you're not sure how to move forward. Other times, you may be questioning who you are, what you want, or how you fit into the world around you.
I help teens and adults learn to better understand themselves, manage emotions more effectively, improve focus and organization, and build confidence in who they are. Whether you're dealing with stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you gain clarity and develop practical tools for everyday life.
My approach is supportive, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you make meaningful changes that fit your life. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to help you explore what's getting in your way, discover your strengths, and build the skills needed to move forward with confidence.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, emotional regulation, executive functioning challenges, and life transitions. Together, we'll work to help you feel more in control of your emotions, more confident in your decisions, and more comfortable showing up as your authentic self.
Reaching out for help can be difficult, but you don't have to figure everything out on your own. I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward the life you want to create.
